The Best Boss Awards 2015 are free to enter for any business based in the following postal codes: EN, N, SG, AL, WD, HA & HP

Nominations can be from any business which employs more than 3 staff, a private or public limited company, a partnership or limited liability partnership, a business unit within a company or a not-for-profit organisation.

Nominations can be from a person who’s employer can operate in any trading sector.

Participation in the Best Boss Awards 2015 is by the via the website only.

No liability for entries lost or delayed will be accepted. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your online application by email within a few hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us via email.

The copyright of official entry forms assembled Best Boss Awards 2015 will remain the property of the organiser and should not be copied by third parties.

Sponsors of the Best Boss Awards are not allowed to enter any Awards categories.

Attention should be paid to the entry criteria specific to each award.

Entry is not restricted to companies based in the area but must have an office or sub office in the area.

Entries for more than one award per company may be submitted (although we suggest a maximum of two are entered) but separate applications and supporting statements are required.

The copyright of all materials assembled by the organisers of the competition will remain the property of the organiser and may be used for the purpose of publicising the awards.

By entering entrants agree to all relating publicity in respect to their entry both before and after the Best Boss Awards.

Responsibility within the scope of these conditions cannot be accepted for any failure of confidentiality.  Entrants will be expected to protect those aspects of their business that may be patentable, registerable or otherwise secret and governed by intellectual property, copyright or similar legislation.

Winners will be will be visited by a representative of the Best Boss Awards to have the award presented and photo/videos taken for publicity.

The judges reserve the right to withdraw or transfer the award at their absolute discretion.

The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence on their decision will be entered into.

Award winners may state in advertising/promotional activity and on their stationery that they are a winner but this must include the category and the year in which the award was won.

The judges reserve the right to broaden the entry categories if there are insufficient entries in any particular category.  They also reserve the right to move applicants from one category to another if they believe it to be appropriate.

The organisers reserve the right to change the judging deadlines should circumstances necessitate.
